Purpose of the processing

Management of customer relationships

  • Object: management of our services derived from the contractual relationship, as well as the commitments undertaken for our relationship and sending of information about our products and services.
  • Legitimation: express consent of the user, fulfilment of a legal obligation and execution of a contract, as well as legitimate interest.
  • Deadline for removal: Your personal data will be processed during the strictly necessary time to manage your request, notwithstanding the duty to keep the data in order to comply with legal obligations (explained in the following clause). The data recorded with the aim of sending (legal) advertising will be processed until you withdraw your consent.

Management of third-party (non-customer) relationships

  • Object: answering requests, services, making all types of requirements and proposals.
  • Legitimation: legitimate interest and your consent, fulfilment of a contract.
  • Deadline for removal: the general deadline, stated in the following section.

Management of curriculums

  • Object: admission management.
  • Legitimation: consent.
  • Deadline for removal: one year after the reception of the CV, unless otherwise specified.

Management of relationships with professionals

  • Object: We process your personal data with the aim of keeping the professional relationship.
  • Legitimation: legitimate interest or fulfilling of a contract, with the user's consent.
  • Deadline for removal: until the end of our professional relationship or if you decide to cancel or oppose to the processing of your contact data.

Treatment of images from the video surveillance cameras

  • Object: We process your personal data out of safety reasons.
  • Legitimation: legitimate interest.
  • Deadline for removal: on month, from the recording of the data, notwithstanding the retention for possible liability reason, as a consequence of which they will be kept during the prescription terms of the legal action.

Human resources. Treatment of employee data, including data provided by GPS

  • Object: management of our services derived from the contractual relationship, as well as the commitments undertaken for our relationship, safety of good and people.
  • Legitimation: fulfilment of a legal obligation, execution of a contract and legitimate interest.
  • Deadline for removal: your personal data will be processed until the contractual relationship finishes and during the prescription term of actions with a labour, social and civil nature.

Retention

  • The data will be blocked after they are no longer necessary for the purpose they were recorded, and shall remain at the exclusive disposal of the Courts, Tax Ministry and competent administrations, complying with the prescription deadline of liabilities.
  • For business purposes, if there had been a contractual relationship and if the relationship finished, your data shall be kept during a term of 6 years, in pursuance of the provisions 3 of Royal Decree of 22 August 1885, approving the Code of Commerce.
  • For tax purposes, if there had been a contractual relationship and if the relationship finished, your data shall be kept during a term of 4 years, in pursuance of the provisions 3 of Royal Decree of 22 August 1885, approving the General Tax Law.
  • For the purpose of the prevention of money-laundering your data may be kept during a term of 10 years.
  • For civil purposes, once the contractual relationship has finished, your data shall be kept during a term of 5 years.

Recipients

There are no plans with regard to the communication of your data or international transfers, except to the extent that it is related to the communication with: tax authorities, social security, banks and financial entities, law enforcement forces.

Rights

  • Those interested may exercise the rights recognised in the regulations, either in their own right or through their representatives, by means of a communication sent to the registered office or to the stated e-mail (models of right exercises).
  • The right to access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, oppose the processing or to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the data processing undertaken with your consent before the withdrawal, shall be exercised by means of a requirement providing supporting documentation to prove identity.
  • Those interested may lodge an appeal to the respective supervisory authority.
